Gidipex Terms of Service

These terms of service are available on gidipex.com so customers, regulators, and identity providers can review them on our main domain.

The on-page sections below cover Gidipex-specific operational matters. The managed terms document underneath them, maintained on Iubenda, sets out the general baseline (account registration, intellectual property, suspension, indemnification, governing law, and similar provisions). Both apply together to your use of Gidipex.

Gidipex provides AI-assisted digital asset trading, wallet, settlement, and customer support workflows across web, native mobile applications (distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store), and conversational interfaces. These terms apply to your use of any of the services Gidipex makes available to you, including: futures, OTC, and P2P trading desks; deposits, withdrawals, and on-chain transfers; the AI-assisted trading copilot, the WhatsApp assistant, and any voice or chat-based assistant features; trading contests and simulated-balance environments; the referral and earn programs; payment-gateway tooling for merchants; and the support and help-center surface.

Access to specific services may vary by jurisdiction, account verification level, product eligibility, and whether the service is in active rollout in your country. Some services are governed by additional product-specific terms (for example, merchant agreements for the payment gateway or contest-specific rules for individual events). Where additional terms apply, they are presented to you separately at the point of use.

The Gidipex mobile applications are distributed through Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS) under the package identifier com.gidipex.app. Use of the mobile applications is subject to these terms and to the terms of the platform from which you obtained the application. Where the platform you downloaded from grants you specific user rights or imposes specific obligations on us, those rights and obligations apply to the application surface in addition to these terms.

The mobile applications request access to device capabilities — for example camera (used for identity verification), biometric sensors (used for sign-in), notifications, and storage — at the point those capabilities are needed. You may grant or revoke each permission through your operating-system settings; some features may be unavailable when a permission is denied. Push notifications are an operational channel of the service: alerts, settlements, and risk events may be delivered through push, and you can manage delivery channels in the in-app notification settings.

Updates to the mobile applications are released through the relevant app store. We may require a minimum supported version for security, regulatory, or stability reasons; older versions may be locked out of specific features or signed out where required.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you live or access the service (whichever is older), to register or use a Gidipex account. By using the service you confirm that you meet that age requirement.

You confirm that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the service from a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not on any prohibited-party list.

Eligibility for individual services may also depend on your country, account level, and verification status. Services that are unavailable to you will be hidden, locked, or rejected at the point of use.

You must provide accurate identity, residency, and contact information when you register, and keep that information current. Gidipex performs identity verification (KYC) and any other regulatory checks required for the products you use, which may include screening against publicly maintained lists of restricted persons. You may be asked to complete or refresh verification at any time, including before a specific transaction is permitted.

You are responsible for keeping your devices, login channels, and linked communication identities (including email, WhatsApp number, Google sign-in, Apple sign-in, and Facebook sign-in identities) under your control. Notify Gidipex immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, an unrecognised sign-in device, a compromised messaging account, or any other security concern.

Digital asset prices are volatile. Quoted prices, spreads, fees, available liquidity, network conditions, and settlement timing may change between the moment you submit an instruction and the moment it is executed or settled. Gidipex provides infrastructure and tools to act on the markets; it does not guarantee a specific price, fill, settlement time, or outcome.

On-chain transfers are generally irreversible once broadcast to the relevant network. You are responsible for confirming the recipient address, network, asset, memo or destination tag, and amount before approving a transfer. Gidipex cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address, on the wrong network, with a missing memo, or affected by a network event such as a fork, congestion, or chain reorganisation outside our control.

Nothing on the platform — including market data, trading suggestions, copilot responses, contest leaderboards, educational content, or support replies — is investment advice, a solicitation, a guarantee of return, or a recommendation tailored to your personal circumstances. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and for the suitability of the products you choose to use.

Gidipex offers AI-assisted features (including the trading copilot, conversational assistant, and voice assistant) and conversational service channels (including the WhatsApp assistant and chat-based support). These features may use machine-learning models that produce responses, summaries, or suggestions automatically. AI-generated output can be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Treat it as a starting point for your own analysis, never as a final or authoritative source. Your account and trading decisions remain yours.

Conversational, voice, and chat interactions with Gidipex — whether on the web, in the app, on WhatsApp, or through any other supported channel — are part of the operating environment of the service. They may be logged, monitored, transcribed, and reviewed for security, fraud prevention, quality assurance, training, audit, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. Where the channel is operated by a third party (for example, WhatsApp), that third party's terms also apply to your use of the channel itself.

Gidipex may delay, hold, request additional information about, decline, reverse where technically possible, or unwind any action where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, AML and sanctions compliance, security investigations, eligibility checks, regulatory cooperation, dispute handling, or platform stability. We may also suspend, restrict, or terminate access to specific features or to the service as a whole where required to protect customers, counterparties, or the integrity of the platform.

Where lawful and operationally feasible we will tell you when controls are applied to your account. Some controls — for example those required by sanctions or law-enforcement requests — may prevent us from disclosing the reason. Fees and obligations that have already been incurred remain due notwithstanding any suspension or restriction.

Trading contests and any "simulated", "paper", or "demo" balances exist for practice, education, and competitive ranking only. They do not represent real funds, real positions, or rights to any real asset. Prizes, leaderboard standings, and any payout associated with a contest are governed by the rules published for that specific contest at the time of entry, which prevail over these general terms for that event.

The referral and earn programs let you receive credits, commissions, or other rewards for qualifying actions taken by users you invite. Eligibility, attribution windows, payout cycles, anti-abuse rules, and the right to claw back rewards earned through fraudulent, self-referred, or manipulated activity are described in the program-specific pages. Gidipex may modify, pause, or end any referral or earn program at any time, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections that apply where you live.

You are solely responsible for determining and discharging any tax obligations arising from your activity on Gidipex, including income, capital gains, transfer, withholding, and reporting obligations in your jurisdiction. Statements, transaction records, and exports provided by Gidipex are operational records, not tax advice or certified tax statements.

Fees, spreads, and any applicable network costs are presented at the point of execution, in the relevant fee schedule, or in product-specific terms. By confirming a transaction you accept the fees disclosed for that transaction.
