Delete Your Gidipex Data

Request deletion of your personal data from Gidipex, and understand what is removed and what we are legally required to keep.

How To Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time in two ways.

In the app: sign in to your Gidipex account, open your account settings, and choose to permanently delete your account. This schedules permanent deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it.

By support: contact us through the Gidipex Help Center at https://support.gidipex.com/hc/gidipex/en with the subject "Data deletion request", from the email address registered to your account, and we will process your request.

What We Delete

When your deletion request is processed, we remove the personal data we hold about you that we are not legally required to retain. This includes your profile details, contact information, saved preferences, and connected sign-in methods.

What We Are Required To Keep

Gidipex is a regulated financial service. Anti-money-laundering and other financial regulations require us to retain certain records, for example identity verification records and transaction history, for a legally mandated period after an account is closed.

These records are kept secure, used only for legal and regulatory compliance, and are deleted once the required retention period ends.

If You Signed In With Google, Facebook, Or Apple

If you created your account using Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in, removing Gidipex from that provider’s connected-apps settings stops future sign-in but does not, by itself, delete your Gidipex account or data.

To delete your Gidipex account and data, use one of the methods described under "How To Request Deletion" above.

Confirmation And Timing

We process deletion requests promptly. Personal data that is not subject to a legal retention requirement is deleted, and you will receive confirmation once your request is complete.

If you have any questions about this process, contact the Gidipex Help Center.
